Terms and Conditions
I hereby enroll in the 2010 Joan Lunden’s Reveille at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain weekend session (April 15 – 18) and agree to the terms and condition as outlined below. I agree to pay the full tuition price which does not include transportation. Full payment by credit card is due upon enrollment and cancelations for full refund must be communicated in writing to Camp Reveille, LLC by March 26, 2010.
My signature indicates that I understand there are risks of bodily injury from my participation in the activities offered by 2010 Joan Lunden's Reveille at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain and that I agree to release any claim I may have against, and, further agree to indemnify and to hold harmless in all respects, Camp Reveille, LLC, Joan Lunden, The Ritz-Carlton and all employees, agents and representatives thereof with regard to any claims for injuries or damages that may be incurred as a result of participation in said activities.
This application shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of New York. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the Borough of Manhattan, New York, New York.
